We specialize in intimate gatherings such as luxury birthday parties, workshops, networking events, pop-ups, DJ parties, private movie nights, and hangouts with friends. If you can dream it, chances are our space can bring it to life.

How far in advance should we book the venue for our event?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. However, we do accept bookings up to a few weeks in advance, depending on the date and event type. Please contact us to check availability.
Is the sound system optimized for entertainment?
Yes! Our sound system is optimized for music and entertainment. DJs and curated playlists work perfectly in the space.
Can we host photo or video shoots?
Yes. With luxury finishes, cinematic lighting, and premium tech, the space makes for a striking backdrop for content creation, photo shoots, or video productions.
How many guests can the space hold?
Soirée at NorthLake is 850 sq. ft. and best suited for small, intimate events. Ideal group sizes typically range between 10–40 guests, depending on the layout and type of event.
What technology is included?
Our event space comes with a 98-inch display screen, a high-end sound system, and flexible lighting controls. Whether you’re showing a movie, hosting a workshop, or setting the vibe for a DJ party, the tech is built in and easy to use.
